Corrections & right of reply

Published research should be correctable. If an article is inaccurate, out of date, or missing your side of the record, we want the documentation.

What to send

  • 1. The exact article

The full URL, plus the specific sentence or claim in dispute.

  • 2. What is wrong

State the correct position clearly. "The tone is unfair" is not actionable; "the licence referenced was granted on this date under this register entry" is.

  • 3. Supporting documentation

Regulator register links, company registry extracts, legal filings or dated official correspondence. Screenshots alone are rarely sufficient.

  • 4. Who you are

Your name, role and relationship to the company. Anonymous submissions are read but carry less weight.

What happens next

  1. · We acknowledge receipt and log the request against the article.
  2. · We re-check the disputed claim against primary sources.
  3. · If the claim was wrong, we correct it and add a dated correction note to the article. If it was right, we say so and explain the sourcing.
  4. · Where a claim is contested but not resolvable from official records, we may publish a right-of-reply statement alongside the article instead of removing it.

Our position on removal requests

Accurate, dated reporting is not removed on request, and coverage is never altered in exchange for payment. Articles are updated, scoped to their publication date, or annotated with a reply — that is the full range of remedies we offer.
